Qualifications

• Associates degree in Machine Tool Technology or relevant industry experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, process sheets, and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, setup, and maintain operation of CNC tool grinders in high-volume production.
• Assist manufacturing engineering in continuous improvement practices.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspection during manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot new product manufacturing processes and methodologies.
