Silfex Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for the night shift to operate 3- to 5-axis CNC machines, perform setups, and support continuous improvement. You will verify dimensions through precision inspections and work with engineering on procedures while mentoring junior machinists.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years’ CNC experience, strong math and GD&T knowledge, and a safety-minded approach. Excellent teamwork and adherence to quality standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining on 3- or 5-axis machines.
• Must have machine control experience and strong math skills.
• Attention to detail and safety minded.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3- to 5-axis CNC machines per work instructions and plans.
• Setups, in-process inspections, and tool changes.
• Mentor junior machinists and uphold safety and quality.
