Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of CNC machining experience on 3- or 5-axis machines preferred.
• Basic shop math skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Able to operate and set up CNC machines with proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3- to 5-axis CNC machine tools to machine parts per work instructions and plan.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure accurate production.
• Record production data in PLEX and track downtime.
• Set up machines, load/unload parts, verify orientation and tooling.
• Support lean manufacturing and 5S in the work area.
