Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with CNC programming knowledge.
• Expertise in GD&T and its application in machining processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve machine issues promptly.
• Proficiency in G-Code and M-Code programming and operation of 3-4 axis VMCs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills (3-4 axis VMC) using Fanuc, ProtoTRAK, and Okuma machinery.
• Interpret and apply GD&T to ensure part specifications are met.
• Program CNC machines using G-Code and M-Code for optimal performance.
• Utilize CNC tooling to produce high-quality parts and components.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and product quality.
