Job summary

RMB Products is seeking a CNC Machinist (2nd shift) to set up and operate CNC and other machine tools for nonmetallic parts and tooling. You will use approved CNC programs, verify finished work by inspection, and make routine adjustments within established procedures.

The role requires reading blueprints, preparing jobs, and collaborating with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve issues while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and sample parts to determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup.
• Set up jobs using fixtures, tools, and offsets; load approved programs and setup files; make routine adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines and machining centers; load materials, fixtures, and tools.
• Operate CNC and conventional machines, monitor operations, and adjust as needed.
• Measure and inspect finished parts; document results and ensure conformance to drawings.
