Job summary

RMB Products in Fountain, CO is seeking a CNC Machinist (2nd shift) to set up and operate CNC and other machine tools to fabricate nonmetallic parts and tooling to specifications. You will follow approved CNC programs, inspect finished work, and make routine adjustments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC machine tools in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specs to determine dimensions and setup.
• Prepare jobs by gathering materials and tooling for upcoming work.
• Set up CNC machines and establish part origins and tool offsets.
• Load and run approved CNC programs; report issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Measure work with micrometers and calipers and document results.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
• Install replacement parts and test operation when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
