Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on machining in a high-volume production environment.
• Experience with CNC controls and setting up and operating machines.
• Familiarity with GD&T, SPC, and in-process inspection methods.
• Proven ability to interpret complex work instructions and meet shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T callouts, and manufacturing instructions to perform accurate machining operations.
• Perform complete setup, operation, adjustment, and basic programming adjustments of CNC and manual machines for production runs.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/shift production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform initial dimensional inspections and in-process quality verifications to verify product conformity.
• Identify machining issues, tooling wear, or equipment failures and take corrective action to minimize downtime.
• Document production metrics and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
