Qualifications

Technical trade school or machining apprenticeship preferred.
5+ years of hands-on machining experience in high-volume production environments.
Advanced knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain) and manual machining operations.

Responsibilities

Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T callouts, and manufacturing instructions to perform accurate machining operations.
Set up, operate, adjust, and make basic programming adjustments on CNC and manual machines.
Meet daily/shift production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Perform initial dimensional inspections and in-process verifications to ensure product conformity.
