J. Baur Machining Inc. is a CNC manufacturing company in Mars, PA seeking an entry to mid-level CNC Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 11:00 AM–10:30 PM).

The role offers a 44-hour workweek with overtime and year-round health benefits, PTO, and a climate-controlled shop. Training is provided for motivated, self-starting candidates with basic blueprint reading and tool-handling skills. You'll operate Mazak Multi-Tasking Equipment, Mazak Horizontals, and HAAS Verticals, learning

Qualifications

• Entry to mid-level CNC machining experience.
• Willingness to learn the trade and progress in machining.
• Reading blueprints and tolerances is required or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Follow setup machinists' instructions to run parts.
• Load/unload material and operate manual/CNC tools.
• Observe cutting processes and manage tool life/offsets.
• Detect and report defects and ensure parts meet blueprints.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
