Maag Gala Industries, Inc. is seeking a Machining Floater for 2nd shift in Eagle Rock, VA. The role involves cross-training across the machine shop, operating CNC mills and lathes, and reading blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications.

The position requires a High School diploma (Machining Fundamentals I & II preferred) and hands-on experience with machining and EDM. A safe, efficient, and collaborative work style is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Read and understand measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Experience setting up CNC mills and lathes; read and input offsets.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes including Manual Machines.
• Install machining programs and send correct offsets to tools.
