Job summary

Luminescent Systems in East Aurora, NY is seeking Machine Operators for 2nd shift to machine metallic and non-metallic components for aerospace applications. You’ll train to operate CNC/milling/boring/grinding equipment, interpret drawings, and ensure high-precision results in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

We offer a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, no weekend shifts, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC, milling, boring, and grinding machines to produce high-precision parts.
• Tend machines and fixtures to maintain quality and precision.
• Measure with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions.
• Perform inspections using CMMs and in-process checks.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
