Job summary

Snap-on is hiring a CNC Machinist for the 2nd shift (Mon.-Fri. 2 PM - 10:30 PM) with overtime, including Saturdays. The role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills, inspecting parts, and ensuring quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience or formal tech training.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Experience editing and adjusting CNC programs.
• Ability to operate CNC lathes and mills using existing programs and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe and mill machines.
• Manufacture parts from aluminum and steel to required specs.
• Inspect in-process and finished parts for quality standards.
• Provide backup support to other departments as needed.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow procedures.
