Luminescent Systems in East Aurora, NY is seeking Machine Operators for 2nd shift to machine metallic and non-metallic components for aerospace applications. You’ll train to operate CNC/milling/boring/grinding equipment, interpret drawings, and ensure high-precision results in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
We offer a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, no weekend shifts, and a range of benefits.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Machine Operators. In this role, you will receive training to meticulously machine metallic and non‑metallic components. This is a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills and contribute to the production of top-tier aerospace components within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Due to federal contract obligations, this position may involve access to items subject to U.S. export‑control laws. Employment is contingent upon the employee’s authorization to access such items under applicable law. Hourly pay range:$19.00 - $25.00/hour with 10 % shift differentialinfluenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.
