Job Details

Location: Youngstown, Ohio

Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00/HR

Position: Permanent with Benefits

Responsibilities

1. Set up and operate CNC Horizontal and Vertical Mills and Machining Centers.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, perform setups, and edit G & M code programs.
3. Machine medium to heavy plate fabrications, including milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, sawing, and sanding.
4. Verify and measure dimensions, perform inspections, and ensure conformance to specifications.
5. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
6. Handle materials and tools using overhead cranes and secure fixtures and cutting tools as needed.

Requirements

1. High School diploma; Technical School preferred.
2. Open to 2nd shift (4pm to 3am M-F or 4pm to 5am M-Th).
3. Experience with Horizontal Boring and Vertical Mills.
4. 3+ years CNC machining experience, especially with medium to heavy plate fabrications.
5. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
6. Knowledge of programming, debugging, and problem-solving in CNC environments.
7. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
8. U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only.
