Essential Responsibilities

• Install tooling on CNC equipment to produce parts within tight tolerances.
• Follow program instructions and diagrams for setup and operation.
• Select and load appropriate programs for machine runs.
• Maintain accurate transactions in the ERP system.
• Adjust equipment and programs as needed.
• Load and unload parts, monitor operations, and ensure proper machine functioning.
• Inspect parts during production to verify specifications using precision measuring devices.
• Assist in maintaining and servicing equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Train other employees and assist in other departments as required.
• Follow ISO procedures to prevent problems, document quality issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to travel as required.

Work arrangement: Onsite.
