**Position Summary:**
This role involves setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and gear-cutting machines, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.

Essential Responsibilities

• Install tooling on CNC equipment to produce parts within exact tolerances.
• Follow program instructions, diagrams, and setup sequences.
• Select and load appropriate part programs for machine operation.
• Maintain accurate transactions in the ERP system.
• Adjust equipment and programs as needed.
• Load, unload, and monitor parts during machining to ensure quality.
• Use precision measuring devices to verify parts during production.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and servicing.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Train other employees and support other departments as required.
• Follow ISO procedures to prevent problems, document issues, contribute to solutions, and ensure environmental safety.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 years of related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Ability to travel as required.
