This CNC Machinist position involves setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and gear-cutting machines as per the essential duties and responsibilities outlined below.

• Install tooling on CNC equipment to produce parts within precise tolerances.
• Follow program instructions and diagrams for setup, including fixture placement and tooling sequence.
• Select and load appropriate part programs for machine operations.
• Maintain accurate transactions in the ERP system.
• Make adjustments to equipment and programs as needed.
• Load and unload parts, monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning, and finish parts accordingly.
• Periodically check parts during production to ensure they meet specifications using precision measuring devices.
• Assist in maintaining and servicing equipment as directed.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Train other employees and assist in other departments as required.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, or 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Travel may be required.
