Job description

This position is responsible for setup and operating CNC production machines to manufacture parts to meet customer orders. Experience preferred. We offer a competitive shift differential for applicable schedules, along with overtime opportunities based on business needs.

Job Duties:
  • Maintain production equipment to meet customer orders.
  • Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, material specifications, drawings, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting dimensions and tolerances.
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufactures instructions; troubleshooting malfunction.
  • Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Maintain production and quality records.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Basic math
  • Basic knowledge of G and M codes.
  • Utilize various measuring gages.
  • Attention to detail and communication skills, oral and written.
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a CNC machine operator

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.

$20 - $27 USD
