Job summary

Re-Bath is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate plastic thermoforming equipment, load materials, and monitor quality on a Monday–Friday second shift. You will perform inspections, document quality checks, and help maintain a clean and safe production floor.

Ideal candidates enjoy teamwork, have strong attention to detail, and can lift up to 50 pounds. This is a hands-on role offering stability, growth opportunities, and occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate plastic thermoforming machines.

  • Monitor machine performance and identify defects or malfunctions.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Complete required quality assurance documentation.
  • Perform minor machine maintenance as needed.
  • Communicate scrap, defects, or equipment concerns to leadership.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support other departments as needed.

Pay: Starting at $18.00–$19.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Second Shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM) | Occasional overtime as needed
