Job summary

Curtiss-Wright EMS - Target Rock in East Farmingdale, NY is seeking a CNC Machinist 2nd Class for the 2nd shift (5:30pm–2:30am). You will operate CNC equipment, perform simple set-ups with minimal supervision, and ensure quality and productivity in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 5 years of manufacturing experience, and ability to read blueprints, inspect own work, and follow safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• HS graduate with shop math and trig skills.
• 5 years manufacturing experience recommended.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and good housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment within a department, including tool offsets.
• Perform simple set-ups with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Read blueprints and use inspection tools for own work.
• Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.

CNC Machinist 2nd Class – 2nd Shift (*SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE*)

We are looking for a CNC Machinist to join our Target Rock team!

The CNC Machinist 2nd Class is responsible for the operation of CNC equipment within a given manufacturing department. The individual shall be able to perform simple set-ups on this equipment with minimal assistance from supervision. The individual shall perform these activities in compliance with Company procedures and quality requirements. The individual shall be able to perform quality inspections to own work and make adjustments as required working with minimal supervision.

Location: East Farmingdale, NY

Hours: 5:30pm to 2:30am

Hourly rate: $32.39
