Dauch Corporation is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for 2nd and 3rd shift in Bluffton, Indiana. You will interpret drawings, load raw materials, and run batches while verifying each part against specifications with gauges and SPC charts.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret specifications and drawings, and blueprints.
• Knowledge of the Metric System (Microns, Millimeters, etc).
• Able to use gauges to measure parts and ensure they stay within the acceptable tolerances.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction of decimal numbers).
• Able to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner and know when to ask for help.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the machine to run batches and ensure parts meet specs.
• Use gauges and measurements to verify tolerances.
• Complete SPC charts and documentation for materials.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep area clean.
• Assist with setup and make adjustments to stay within specifications.
