Dauch Corporation is seeking a USA-CNC Machine Operator in Bluffton, Indiana to machine components for driveline and metal forming products. You will operate CNC equipment, read drawings, and use gauges to verify tolerances, ensuring日quality standards are met daily.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility for shifts. Prior machinist or CNC experience is preferred; duties include maintenance and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machinist (Preferred).
• CNC Machining Experience (Preferred).
• Ability to interpret specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Obtain raw materials from the Material Handler and place them at your machining station.
• Run the first piece and verify that it meets all of the specifications. Receive confirmation before running the batch.
• Operate machine to run the batch of components, continually verifying that the produced parts meet all quality standards and specifications.
• Use gauges to ensure produced components meet all specifications and requirements.
• Make mechanical adjustments as necessary to keep parts within specifications.
• Complete SPC charts and attribute chart.
• Pack finished products as instructed.
• Complete all needed documentation and tagging for each tub of materials.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on your machines.
• Keep a safety first mindset and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
