Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Proficiency in Cam programming with Surfcam and Powermill.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets.
• Make program and offset adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production personnel to meet quality and delivery requirements.
