Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate 2-5 axis CNC cells, set up fixtures, tools, and load programs. You will inspect with height and air gauges and read prints to ensure quality. The role is on-site and full-time, with a quarterly bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.

Experience with basic machine setup, program offsets, and inspection tools is required. Candidates must be able to manage multiple machines and meet production demands.

Formación

• Basic fixture, tool and program setup.
• Proficient shop math including geometry and measurements.
• Ability to read basic prints and apply dimensional specs to inspection.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic setup operations loading fixtures, cutting tools and programs.
• Maintain product quality by adjusting offsets as needed.
• Conduct inspection tasks using intermediate tools and drawings.
• Meet production demands.
• Run production on multiple machines concurrently.
