Job summary

Plansee USA LLC in Franklin, MA is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate 5-axis Horizontal and Vertical machines. You will work with Kiwa and Okuma equipment, read blueprints and GD&T, and perform G and M code edits to produce precision components.

This hourly position offers a competitive pay range of $29 to $35 per hour plus a bonus plan, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to contribute to multi-machine operations in a team of seasoned engineers.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3 with Kiwa and Okuma machines.
• Ability to set up and operate Horizontal and Vertical 5-axis CNCs.
• Read blueprints and GD&T to guide fabrication.
• Fluent with measuring equipment from hand tools to CMM.
• Read and understand G and M codes.
• Perform simple program edits as needed.
• Set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3 Machine types Kiwa and Okuma, with Fanuc and Okuma controls.
• Ability to set- up and operate Horizontal and Vertical, 5 - Axis CNC machines.
• Ability to contribute to Multi machines operation.
• Ability to understand Blueprints and GD&T.
• Fluent in using all types of measuring equipment form hand tools to CMM and Optical comparators.
• Read and understand G and M codes.
• Ability to perform simple program edits as needed.
• Must be able to set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides.
