Qualifications

• CNC machinist with Kiwa/Okuma; Fanuc/Okuma controls.
• Set up and operate horizontal and vertical 5-axis CNC machines.
• Read blueprints and GD&T.
• Fluent with measuring equipment from hand tools to CMM.
• Read and understand G and M codes; perform simple edits.
• Set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3 Machine types Kiwa and Okuma, with Fanuc and Okuma controls.


• Ability to set- up and operate Horizontal and Vertical, 5 - Axis CNC machines.


• Ability to contribute to Multi machines operation.


• Ability to understand Blueprints and GD&T.


• Fluent in using all types of measuring equipment form hand tools to CMM and Optical comparators.


• Read and understand G and M codes.


• Ability to perform simple program edits as needed.


• Must be able to set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides.
