Job summary

Plansee USA LLC in Franklin, MA is hiring a CNC Machinist for an hourly role. You will set up and operate Horizontal and Vertical 5-axis CNC machines, read blueprints with GD&T, and edit G & M codes as needed. A strong focus on precision and multi-machine operation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating 5-axis CNC machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T accurately.
• Competent in editing G & M codes as needed.

• Make simple program edits and run multi-machine operations.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3 Machine types Kiwa and Okuma, with Fanuc and Okuma controls.
• Ability to set- up and operate Horizontal and Vertical, 5 - Axis CNC machines.
• Ability to contribute to Multi machines operation.
• Ability to understand Blueprints and GD&T.
• Fluent in using all types of measuring equipment form hand tools to CMM and Optical comparators.
• Read and understand G and M codes.
• Ability to perform simple program edits as needed.
• Must be able to set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides.
