Job summary

Plansee USA LLC in Franklin, USA, seeks an hourly CNC Machinist capable of setting up and operating 5-axis machines (Kiwa/Okuma) with Fanuc controls. You will read blueprints, apply GD&T, and use CMMs and optical comparators to ensure precise metal components.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3 with Kiwa and Okuma machines and Fanuc controls.
• Set up and operate Horizontal and Vertical 5-axis CNC machines.
• Understand Blueprints and GD&T.
• Fluent with measuring equipment from hand tools to CMM and optical comparators.
• Read and edit G and M codes as needed.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3 Machine types Kiwa and Okuma, with Fanuc and Okuma controls.
• Ability to set- up and operate Horizontal and Vertical, 5 - Axis CNC machines.
• Ability to contribute to Multi machines operation.
• Ability to understand Blueprints and GD&T.
• Fluent in using all types of measuring equipment form hand tools to CMM and Optical comparators.
• Read and understand G and M codes.
• Ability to perform simple program edits as needed.
• Must be able to set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides.
