Aerotek is hiring a CNC Machinist for a permanent, on-site role in Reading, PA. The shift runs 1st from 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday, with paid overtime opportunities. Pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on skills.

Environment is clean and climate-controlled, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and surface grinders, programming, and performing inspections.

• Ability to edit and optimize CNC programs for precision parts.
• Strong measuring and inspection skills with gauges and fixtures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
