Job summary

Aerotek is hiring experienced CNC Machinists for a permanent, onsite role in DuBois, PA. You will set up and operate horizontal CNC milling machines, prove out and edit programs, and ensure parts meet strict blueprint tolerances.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in machining, at least 2 years in CNC milling or machine setup, and a strong understanding of tooling and processes. Competitive pay from $18–$30/hour plus full benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $18–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking skilled CNC Mill Machinists to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who is comfortable with horizontal CNC machines, setup, and precision part production. Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of working independently while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate horizontal CNC milling machines
• Prove out and edit CNC programs as needed
• Perform part setup and fixture alignment
• Load, calibrate, and maintain cutting tools
