Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking skilled CNC Machinists for a high-precision manufacturing operation in Wyoming, MI. The role focuses on Swiss-style CNC lathes to produce complex components for aerospace and defense.

This shift is Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–12:30 AM, with a competitive hourly wage and a 10% shift premium. You will set up and operate Swiss machines, inspect parts, read blueprints with GD&T, and make tooling adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Hands-on Swiss CNC lathe experience with Citizen, Star, Tsugami, Tornos, or similar Swiss-style equipment.
• CNC setup, tooling, offsets, and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong blueprint and GD&T reading skills.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring equipment.
• Experience working with tight tolerances in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Aerospace, defense, medical, or similar high-precision machining experience preferred.
