Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking experienced CNC Milling and Lathe Operators in the Greater Warwick Area. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with material setting, monitoring and machine operation, reading blueprints, and performing inspections.

This is a permanent placement position with first shift, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, giving a long weekend. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401K, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC Milling or Lathe experience (operation, materials, basic setup, inspect).
• Material setting and operate CNC Milling or Lathe - with minimal supervision.
• Make machine adjustments as required to maintain print specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation of data and collaborate with management staff and supervisor.
• Inspect faces and diameters using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Load and unload machines as per the cycle time noted.
• Determine when tools need replacement.
• Inspect or measure work pieces to determine conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as gauges or micrometers.
• Observe machine operations to detect any problems, making necessary adjustments to correct problems.

Randstad is seeking intermediate and experienced CNC Milling and Lathe Operators for the Greater Warwick Area. The candidates will have at least 3 years of experience performing material setting, monitoring, tending, and machine operation. Candidate skills required are: machine & material setup per Work Order Specs, Blueprint Reading, Speed/Feed rates, Measuring Devices, Math and Calculation, and In Process and Final Inspection. If you are a CNC Milling or Lathe perator at any skill level with at least 3 years of experience, then this is an opportunity for you! This is a Permanent Placement Position!

Pay Rate: $21.00/$43,680 - $25.00/$52,000

Hours: Monday through Thursday 6:00AM - 4:00PM Long Weekend: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Off! (OT or make up hours are available on Fridays)
