Aerotek is hiring machinists to set up and operate CNC mills in Spokane Valley, WA. You will read blueprints, load programs, perform adjustments, and inspect parts for dimensional accuracy.

The role requires setup experience, measurements with calipers/micrometers, and tight attention to quality and safety. The position is contract to hire, onsite in Spokane Valley, with competitive hourly pay and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• CNC mill setup and operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and machining specifications.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with milling, drilling, tapping, deburring, or similar machining operations.
• Familiarity with CNC programming edits and machine adjustments is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.52 - $30.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
