We are seeking a CNC Machinist for a full-time, permanent position with day and swing shifts available, offering an hourly rate of $25.00 - $36.00.

About This Opportunity

Operators will perform machine setup, initial proofing of programs, and machine parts using various CNC tools. Responsibilities include first piece inspection of machined parts.

Responsibilities

• Setup, run, and inspect multi-axis CNC jobs.
• Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Mazak, Haas.
• Experience with different materials and hardness.
• Understanding of GD&T symbols.
• Proficient in vertical and horizontal setups.
• Suggest program optimizations.
• Design and build simple fixtures.
• Provide training to less experienced machinists.
• Understand tooling types, materials, and coatings.
• Communicate effectively in English, interpret technical drawings, and document job statuses.

Job Requirements / Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years machining experience, with at least 2 years on CNC equipment.
• Ability to interpret prints and sketches.
• Proficient with measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
• Experience setting up 2½ and 3-axis CNC jobs.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to stand for 80% of the shift.
