Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and process sheets
• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills
• Align and calibrate machines using precision instruments
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Optimize machining parameters for speed, feed, and accuracy
• Conduct in-process and post-production quality checks
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues

Qualifications
