Pro Staff in Raymond, OH is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with programming experience to join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality precision parts.

The role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC and manual mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality with precision measuring tools, GD&T, and CAD/CAM software such as CATIA/Mastercam.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC programming and machining experience.
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, and manual machining equipment.
• Strong understanding of GD&T, and G-code.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual mills and lathes
• Create and optimize CNC programs for complex machined components
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
• Perform machine setups, tooling selection, and fixture design
• Verify dimensions and quality using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make program adjustments as needed
• Calculate speeds, feeds, and machining requirements for various materials
• Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance procedures
• Follow all quality and safety standards

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience
