Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist for our aerospace manufacturing team in Placentia, CA. This permanent, full-time role involves setting up and operating Fanuc CNC machines, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality throughout production.

Responsibilities include drilling, milling, grinding, inspection, and routine maintenance, with a Monday–Friday schedule. We value precision, attention to detail, and teamwork on a fast-paced shop floor.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of CNC machining experience in manufacturing.
  • Proficient with Fanuc CNC controls and software.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.
  • Experience with milling and lathe operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage Fanuc CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to determine setup.
  • Translate instructions into machine programs for correct function.
  • Load raw materials and parts onto machines and ensure proper alignment.
  • Inspect finished parts to meet specifications and tolerances.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace per policies and safety rules.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and workflow.

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and dedicated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring the efficient running of production. 1st Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
  • Operate and manage Fanuc CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
  • Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
  • Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
  • Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
  • Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
  • Test operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure machinery efficiency, proper job sequencing, and coordinated workflow.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in using Fanuc CNC and Fanuc software.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mill and lathe operations.
  • Expertise in machine programming and CNC machine operation.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
