You will study production schedules, perform routine machine maintenance, and adjust tooling to meet tight tolerances and blueprints. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in a production machine shop, strong blueprint interpretation, and experience with calipers

Qualifications

• Three to six years of professional experience in a production machine shop.
• Proficiency in interpreting and understanding complex engineering blueprints.
• Hands-on experience utilizing precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers.
• A high level of precision to help ensure consistent quality across all manufactured components.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively follow technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and run vertical CNC equipment to manufacture parts that meet exact specifications.
• Analyze production schedules daily to ensure machines are prepared to meet output targets.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to help keep the production floor running smoothly.
• Modify machine parameters and tooling based on CNC programming to ensure parts meet strict tolerance levels.
• Verify that finished parts align with blueprint dimensions to help maintain our high standards for aerospace quality.

Location: Placentia, California

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available

• Opportunities for overtime are available alongside standard 8-hour shifts.
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
