  • Review the daily production schedule and prepare machines, tooling, and materials for assigned job orders.
  • Perform routine care—lubrication, cleaning, and visual checks—to keep equipment in peak condition.
  • Fine-tune tooling, offsets, and machine parameters per CNC programs to hold tight tolerances.
  • Verify finished components meet blueprint and dimensional requirements through in-process and final inspection.

By first part inspection, you’ve dialed in the offsets and hit the tolerance dead on. Whether you prefer the rhythm of 1st (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM), the focus of 2nd (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM), or the quiet precision of 3rd (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM), you’ll run 8-hour shifts with optional overtime to keep missions on schedule.Where you’ll make an impactJoin a leading designer and manufacturer of aircraft latches and latching systems with over 80 years of aerospace heritage.
