Join our team as a CNC Machinist Set Up Swiss at B&G Manufacturing Co., Inc., located in Hatfield, PA. This role involves operating and setting up CNC Swiss lathes, such as Star and Tsugami, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to produce high-quality precision parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups for production runs on CNC Swiss lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and attachments
• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies

Qualifications
