Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operates assigned CNC machines
2. Conducts in-process quality checks with provided inspection tools
3. Performs in-process tool changes at recommended intervals with preset tools
4. Cleans machines, tools, and department daily
5. Deburrs finished machine parts

CNC Machinist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sets-up CNC Machines
2. Edits and programs CNC Machines
3. Troubleshoots production problems
4. Performs minor repairs on tooling and machines
5. Sharpens tools (e.g., end mills, drills, reamers, boring bars, turning tools)
6. Requests tools for part production
7. Ensures safety procedures are followed
8. Performs quality standards assurance
