4-day work weeks (Fridays off!)

$3/hr 2nd shift differential

Work with cutting-edge CNC and 5-axis machinery

Collaborative and passionate team of professionals

• Program and operate CNC lathes, mills, and 5-axis machining centers
• Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Read and interpret blueprints to create precision parts
• Train CNC Operators and collaborate on process improvements
• Perform minor maintenance and uphold safety standards

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience or Associate’s in Precision Tooling
• Experience with CAD/CAM programming
• Ability to read technical blueprints and use inspection tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM (+$3/hr differential)
• Overtime on Fridays only. No weekends.
