Job Title: CNC Machinist

We are seeking a highly motivated CNC Machinist to join our Wheel Machining team. If you are dedicated, have a positive attitude, and experience in machining, we encourage you to apply.

This position involves working closely with the Machine Shop Lead to ensure all machined wheels meet HRE's high standards. There is growth potential as our company expands—your skills and attitude are key to your success!

Job Duties:

1. Set up CNC lathe and mill machines.
2. Operate CNC lathe and mill to produce parts.
3. Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to troubleshoot and coordinate tasks.
4. Inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications.
5. Perform secondary operations such as deburring while CNC machines are running.
6. Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously.
7. Understand machine setup, G & M codes.
8. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance, ability to follow instructions, and teamwork skills.
• 2-5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
• Willingness to perform additional duties, work overtime, and learn new skills.
