Integrated Magnetics in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced CNC EDM Machinist to set up, program, and operate CNC EDM equipment to produce precision components for aerospace, medical, and government applications.

You will read engineering drawings, monitor machine performance, perform quality inspections, and maintain a clean, safe work area while collaborating with a fast-paced manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC EDM Machinist or similar machining role.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC EDM machines, tooling and processes.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and safety standards adherence.

Job description

Integrated Magnetics is looking for an experienced CNC EDM Machinist to operate and maintain CNC EDM machines for the production of precision parts. The CNC EDM Machinist will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by setting up machines, programming, and producing high-quality components that meet exact specifications. This position supports our mission to deliver superior custom-engineered solutions to the military, government, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical sectors.

Responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings, programming and operating CNC EDM equipment, monitoring machine performance, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Shift options include First Shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Second Shift from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, with hourly rates reflecting experience.

• Proven experience as a CNC EDM Machinist or in a similar machining role.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC EDM machines, tooling, and machining processes.
