Job description

A growing Central Connecticut ISO and ITAR certified Class A die house, with expanding metal stamping and CNC machining operations, is seeking a skilled CNC Operator for our second shift to join our team.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Overtime may be required as needed to support production demands.

Position Overview:

The CNC Operator will be responsible for running CNC Lathes, Mills, or Wire EDM machines to produce high-quality precision components. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, the ability to perform basic inspections, and accurate documentation of all production activity.

• Operate CNC Lathe, Mill, or Wire EDM machines safely and efficiently.
