Job summary

AS Talent Advisors, LLC is assisting a highly respected Fort Wayne machine shop in finding an experienced CNC Machinist.

Set up and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes, diagnose production issues, and keep jobs running smoothly in a high-mix environment. First shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with a competitive $27-$30/hr pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC machinist in a high-mix manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting CNC mills and lathes.
• Strong G-code programming and tool-handling skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues quickly.
