A growing precision machine shop in Fort Wayne is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist who can take ownership of projects from programming through setup and production. This is a true machinist role in a fast-paced job shop environment where no two days look the same.

The machinists perform multiple setups per day, work with a variety of materials and parts, and play a key role in maintaining quality and efficiency.
