Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for direct-hire in Wheeling, IL. The role offers relocation assistance, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and pay of $25–$32/hour with shift differentials.

Swiss CNC operators are welcome to apply to join a leading precision manufacturer focused on high-complexity components with strict quality standards. Night, weekend, and overtime shifts are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience, Swiss preferred.
• Proficient in manual inspection tools and blueprint reading.
• Physical ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain multiple CNC machines in a high-volume environment.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment.
• Manage offsets and tool changes based on layouts.
• Interpret blueprints and maintain safety/production standards.

Trillium Staffing is now seeking CNC Machinist for direct-hire in Wheeling, IL!

Relocation Assistance Available! Pay rate is $25 - $32/hr + Shift Differentials and a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus.

We are a leading precision manufacturer seeking experienced Swiss CNC Operators to join our growing team. We specialize in high-complexity components where quality and precision are paramount.

Available Shifts

• Night Shift | 5:30 pm - 5:00 am | 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) | 10% shift premium
• Weekend Day Shift | 6:00 am - 5:30 pm | 4 days per week (Friday- Monday) | 11% shift premium
• All shifts currently include a mandatory 5th day of overtime.
• Night/Weekend Premiums: 10% to 15% hourly increase.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain multiple CNC machines in a high-volume environment.
