Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T symbols, and work instructions.
• Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and basic program edits at the machine.
• Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision tools.
• Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Maintain equipment, tooling, and workspaces according to safety and 5S practices.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with supervisors/engineers as needed.
• Document production data and complete required paperwork.
