Aerospace CNC Machinist – Milling in Portland, CT on 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7am–3:30pm) is seeking skilled operators to produce precision components.
In this full-production role, you will read blueprints, GD&T, and verify dimensions with precision tools, while maintaining equipment and production records. 3+ years aerospace CNC experience preferred; setup experience a plus; strong math and attention to detail required.

Operate CNC machines to produce tight-tolerance aerospace components
Read blueprints and GD&T to plan and execute precise machining
Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools to verify dimensions
Maintain equipment, production records, and quality standards
Assist with setups and ensure consistent production flow
3+ years of CNC machining experience (aerospace preferred)
Strong understanding of GD&T and shop math (fractions, ratios, percentages)
Skilled using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, depth gauges, and size blocks
Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and reliable
High school diploma or equivalent
Setup experience is a plus
$19.50 – $31/hour (based on experience)
